Mathematical Oncology Collection
CCO members recently contributed a review on mechanism-based modeling of tumor growth and response constrained by imaging data to a mathematical oncology collection in JCO Clinical Cancer Informatics. This special collection focused on three main areas of mathematical oncology.
- Modeling the relationship between cancer therapy and the immune system
- Optimizing personalized medicine through clinical imaging and predictive mathematical modeling.
- Connecting individual cells to tumor behavior.
