Job Summary
Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in the Institute for Computational and Engineering Sciences at The University of Texas at Austin. The openings are for post-doctoral scholars to develop algorithms and techniques for modeling and predicting tumor growth and treatment response. The successful applicant(s) will join a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team (The Center for Computational Oncology, led by Dr. Tom Yankeelov) and have the opportunity to work on all aspects of tumor modeling, from theory to experiment. Qualifications
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in computational sciences, engineering, physics, systems/computational biology, or a related field with a strong background in numerical solutions of partial differential equations. Experience in biomedical imaging and/or cancer biology is highly desirable.
